About

Rosa Schmitthenner is a Coach, Feldenkrais Practitioner, and Trauma Resolution Specialist.

She currently lives near Frankfurt, Germany and practices virtually where she works with clients both in English, and in German.

Rosa's approach is both intuitive and intellectual. Mind-based and body-based.
Clients often come to her in periods of transition with the desire to feel lighter, happier, and more like themselves again. To learn to trust their instincts again. To learn to trust themselves again. To overcome hardship and to come out stronger on the other side.
One of her greatest joys is witnessing her clients create the lives that make them feel most happy and fulfilled.

Rosa currently works in private practice where she specializes in working with people who are highly sensitive, have ADHD, physical disabilities, as well as people who leave Jewish ultra-Orthodoxy, and people who desire to connect with their Jewish heritage such as patrilineal Jews. She is passionate about women's health and helping women create lasting health and happiness.

She holds certifications in trauma resolution work, intimacy and life coaching, as well as Feldenkrais Mind Body Studies, which she studied for over 10 years with Mia Segal, who developed the method together with Dr. Moshé, and her daughter Leora Gaster.

Rosa previously founded and led an organization for people who leave Jewish ultra-Orthodoxy, where she supported students, established organizational structures, and led a team of 30 volunteers.
In her early 20s, Rosa worked in film & co-founded an art gallery.

Rosa is on a mission to help people move away from problems and pathologies and towards solutions, competence, and abilities.

“We cannot choose to have a life free of hurt. But we can choose to be free, to escape the past, no matter what befalls us, and to embrace the possible.” (Dr. Edith Eger)
